FAQ

1. Coming to the inspection

Thank you for choosing our clinic. Before you come to your first appointment, carefully reading the information below will make your first appointment more productive. What We Want to Know on Your First Date: When and why did you last visit a dentist? If you have x-rays taken during this visit, please bring them with you. If you have any systemic disease (such as heart, blood pressure, goiter, diabetes) and medications you take regularly (such as aspirin), you should definitely inform us. Keep the names and phone numbers of your doctors who deal with these diseases with you. Let us know if you have special circumstances such as pregnancy. If you have toothache: a) When did the pain occur and how long did it last? b) Which external factors (cold, hot, sweet, pressure) cause the pain to reappear? c) Have you had swelling on your face? d) Have you taken any medication? Are you taking it? Please let us know by writing the names of the drugs. What are your expectations from us? If you have special requests for aesthetic purposes, please let us know by writing them on a piece of paper.

2. Appointment Information

We know that everyone's time is valuable. That's why we serve by appointment. Arriving 5-10 minutes before the appointment given to you will be beneficial in terms of getting ready and not interrupting the schedule of that day. If you are late for an appointment for reasons beyond your control, a shorter treatment will be preferred at the time allotted to you. If the remaining time is not enough to finish any of your treatments, you will be given an appointment for another day. For an appointment you cannot attend, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Our Working Hours

The working hours of Novus Klinik are as follows: Weekdays: 08:30 - 21:30 Saturday: 08:30 - 19:00 Sunday: 08:30 - 19:00

4. Pedodontics

Parental approval of treatment in children is important to us. Apart from the interviews, we prefer that the parents rest in the waiting room in order to increase the child's compliance with the dental treatment during the treatment. Morning hours are more suitable for dental treatment in young children.

5. Our Sterilization System

Dentistry requires the full application of sterilization rules due to the intraoral working area and the nature of the procedures performed in this environment. In our clinic, all hand tools and treatment instruments are sterilized after disinfection in ultrasonic cleaners. Products such as non-sterilizable gloves, masks, glasses, patient gowns are for single use only, and are discarded after being used on a patient. Our consciousness of medicine and our humanitarian responsibility have made it our principle to comply with all sterilization rules as if we were sitting in that chair, to keep our patients away from possible infection risks and to provide health services in a safe environment. In order to be worthy of your trust in us, we think about everything down to the smallest detail on your behalf.

6. Periodic Checks

We share the same desire with you to reduce tooth loss and comprehensive dental treatments. This is only possible with regular check-ups where problems can be detected before they grow. At the end of your treatment, you will be reminded of your control appointments at 6-month intervals. The treatments performed at these appointments will be checked and it will be determined whether there is a problem with your other teeth. Our aim is to carry out your dental treatments on time and in a pleasant way. We are always ready to listen to your complaints and suggestions in order to provide you with a better service. As Novusklinik, we wish you healthy days.
